Gastronomy

Within the estate there is a tavern with a fireplace, and the specialties that we serve include:

– original Istrian dishes – ham, sir, fuži, pljukanci, domestic fowl, homemade sausages and pork loin, čripnje, seasonal minestrone, seasonal dishes of mushrooms and asparagus, etc.;

– vino Malvaziju (White) i Teran (black)

– brandy: smrekva, orahovac, medovača, biska, brandy of grass from our area.

 

Whereas that, for the purposes of this household we produce various types of products on traditional and natural way , we decided to offer these “forgotten” flavours in a suitable ambiance: In the stone tavern – near the fireplace. The restaurant has room for 25 – 30 person and is open on request.
